I wasn't going to comment on the new "unfinished" Burger King commercial featuring Mary J. Blige because I LOVE MJB but after finally viewing it online last night I must say it was not "tastefully" done. I really have NO WORDS to describe my feelings but unfortunately stereotypes still exists among ALL people. So here are my thoughts: if it was a new artist singing about chicken to get more exposure and brand recognition I might understand. But in my eyes Mary is a superstar, Queen of R&B so I think her brand and voice is beyond chicken commercials (I'm just saying). My advice: people, we have to do better.
